Maxx Safety Systems’ Injury Management Program provides you and your company with full Worksafe third party management. Our mission to help your injured workers stay on the job performing their regular or modified duties, or to return to safe and purposeful work as soon as they are capable, and understand costs associated with workplace injuries and worker illnesses.
With a priority on personalized service, including on-site consultations and increased efficiency due to our web-based software, we put into action;
- Worksafe account maintenance, monitoring, requests and reviews;
- Education, training and resources for each site supervisor and office staff on our online systems, as well as employee introductions to modified work offers;
- Submission and follow-ups on all form 7;
- Coordination of stay-at-work, return-to-work and modified work duties;
- Physiotherapy placement for sprains, strains and exertion injuries;
- Online system includes, but is not limited to: daily time sheets, first aid report, form 7, modified work offers, employee incident investigation reports, and tool box meeting sign-in sheets.

Our Procedures
Maxx safety systems is an online interactive program to host and run your occupational health and safety manual, forms, policies, procedures and more. Injury management consists of our team submitting all forms and documents to Worksafe when an injury happens, we take care of following up with injured employees, and ensuring that they are safely, and efficiently returned to work. This saves company time money and stress overall. We even provide a weekly report to your safety/office staff to ensure everyone is in the loop when an employee is injured.
